Below are some of the ways that we can serve you if you are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy or considering choosing an adoptive family for your baby. Our services are free and confidential. We are a group of caring, professional women, available 24/7.

Pregnancy Counseling

One of our counselors will meet you at the location of your choosing for free and confidential options counseling. Although each woman's circumstances are unique, most women facing an unplanned pregnancy have primarily three options. We'll help you explore each of them so you can decide which feels right for you.

You can choose a loving family in Illinois to parent your child. Every adoption is different and you can choose the level of openness that you are comfortable with.

Considering Adoption?
Ask yourself:

  • What are my hopes and dreams for my child?
  • Do I feel pressured to choose adoption?
  • What kind of adoptive family would I want?
  • Would I like to stay in contact with my child?

If you feel the timing is right to parent your child, this might be the best option for you and your baby.

Considering Parenting?
Ask yourself:

  • What are my hopes and dreams for my child?
  • Do I feel pressured to choose parenting?
  • Do I have a steady income and support system?
  • Do I have childcare options for while I'm at work or school?
  • What are my hopes and dreams for myself?

Women can choose to end their pregnancy through abortion. Make sure you are informed and confident before moving forward with this procedure.

Considering abortion?
Ask yourself:

  • How far along am I in my pregnancy?
  • Do I feel pressured to choose abortion?
  • Am I informed about this procedure?
  • How did I feel about abortion prior to becoming pregnant? Has that changed?

We are not medical doctors and we do not provide medical procedures. While we can refer you to clinics or medical resources near you, we can't answer specific medical questions related to abortions, including the current development of your baby.
