Specific Opportunities

Gala Fundraiser
Our Gala Fundraiser takes place the Friday before Thanksgiving, and features a dinner/dance evening for adults. The event includes a live and silent auction. A committee holds a kick off meeting in August, and many are needed to help make this fundraiser successful. Help with securing auction items, preparing a mailing, decorations, raffle ticket sales, day-of-event help, and more.  If you are interested in helping with our 2008 event, or would like more information, indicate your interest.

Chinese New Year Committee
Each year Sunny Ridge helps families celebrate Chinese New Year with a kid-friendly event. Why not join a growing group of parents who plan this special day for children? Our planning begins in the fall and there are many levels of involvement, to accommodate your already-busy schedule. If you are interested in helping with our 2009 event, please indicate your interest.

Fashion Show Benefit
The Spring Fashion Show is a fundraising benefit for Sunny Ridge. The event takes place in April of each year. Many are needed to help make this fundraiser successful. Help with securing auction items, preparing a mailing, decorations, fashion show coordination, day-of-event help, and more.  If you are interested in helping with our 2009 event, or would like more information, indicate your interest.
