Travel	Two trips required; both parents must travel.
Benefits & Issues to Consider	Concerns about rate of fetal alcohol effect/syndrome. Russia can be more costly program.
Eligibility	Open to singles and married up to 55 years of age. More flexible requirements.
Medical Information	Medical information can be difficult to interpret and requires experienced medical evaluation.
Approximate fees	Appx. $32,000 to $35,000
Time frame	Process usually completed within 14 months.
