From our beginnings in 1926 as a children’s home on the south side of Chicago, to many adoption-related services provided today, Sunny Ridge has always remained focused on the welfare of children. Today our mission is to serve children and build families around the world.

At Sunny Ridge Family Center we bring professionalism, ethical standards, and a transparent process to those we serve. We provide our services with the belief that all children have the right to permanency, safety, and well-being. We provide services without regard to race, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or economic background.

Sunny Ridge Family Center is a not-for-profit, private charitable organization, IRS code 501(c) 3, FIN:36-2192823. We rely on the generous support of donors in order to carry out our mission.
